Your may have little experience in the marine environment, you will still spend a wonderful day during the freedive discovery and initiation day course and will live a delightfull experience.<\/strong>.<\/p>

This course is an excellent way to start freediving and is ideal for every person wishing to start freediving in a simple way.<\/p>

A theory introduction<\/strong>to discover the different disciplines and techniques, as well as the equipment will allow you to have the necessary freediving knowledge. Thereby, you will be all ready to be guided in the water.<\/p>

Once your course is over, you will have access to the training session we organise every day of the week or in any other AIDA center of the world. <\/strong>.<\/p>

And who knows ? Une matin\u00e9e en douceur avec les pr\u00e9sentations de chacun autour d'une infusion.
Un tour de table pour conna\u00eetre vos attentes, vos craintes, vos besoins et ce qui vous a motiv\u00e9 \u00e0 venir faire de l'apn\u00e9e.

Place ensuite \u00e0 la partie th\u00e9orique, vous d\u00e9couvrirez les diff\u00e9rents cycles de la respiration en apn\u00e9e et pratiquerez de l'apn\u00e9e statique \u00e0 sec (sur le canap\u00e9, comme \u00e0 la maison ;)).

Nous parlerons \u00e9galement des diff\u00e9rentes disciplines et du mat\u00e9riel.

Pour terminer la matin\u00e9e, nous parlerons de la compensation des oreilles, notre sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9. Vous \u00eates nombreux \u00e0 nous dire \"moi mes oreilles \u00e7a ne passe jamais\" ou \"moi j'ai un probl\u00e8me aux oreilles, le conduit est trop petit\"...
Et bien sachez qu'avec la bonne technique, vous pourrez compenser vos oreilles beaucoup plus facilement et avec bien plus de s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9.

Apr\u00e8s une pause d\u00e9jeuner bien m\u00e9rit\u00e9e (30 minutes \u00e0 1 heure selon l'avanc\u00e9e de la matin\u00e9e) nous nous \u00e9quipons pour rejoindre le lagon depuis la rive.
Nous mettons en place l'atelier profondeur sp\u00e9cialement pour vous et la pratique de l'apn\u00e9e profondeur en immersion libre.
On tire sur la corde pour descendre et on tire sur la corde pour remont\u00e9e.

Une fois la session termin\u00e9e, retour au centre et petit debriefing autour d'une infusion avec des g\u00e2teaux car c'est l'heure du go\u00fbter.
