Une matin\u00e9e en douceur avec les pr\u00e9sentations de chacun, un tour de table pour conna\u00eetre vos attentes, vos craintes, vos besoins et ce qui vous a motiv\u00e9 \u00e0 venir faire de l'apn\u00e9e.

Place ensuite \u00e0 la partie th\u00e9orique, vous d\u00e9couvrirez les diff\u00e9rents cycles de la respiration en apn\u00e9e et pratiquerez les 4 cycles de respiration indispensables \u00e0 votre s\u00e9curit\u00e9 avant de vous mettre \u00e0 l'eau.

Avant de se lancer dans le grand bain, nous parlerons de la compensation des oreilles, une technique indispensable pour descendre en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9.

Nous nous \u00e9quipons ensuite pour rejoindre le lagon depuis la rive.
Nous mettons en place l'atelier profondeur sp\u00e9cialement pour vous et la pratique de l'apn\u00e9e profondeur en immersion libre.
On tire sur la corde pour descendre et on tire sur la corde pour remont\u00e9e.

Une fois la session termin\u00e9e, retour au centre et petit debriefing autour d'une infusion avec des g\u00e2teaux.
