EXPERT COURSE
You are certified AIDA3 (or equivalent SSI, Molchanov, FFESSM...) and you are at ease in the 30 meters zone, you wish to improve your techniques and to be able to assist an instructor.
This course is made for you !
It is the last step to acquire all the knowledge necessary to go underneath the 30 meters (98 feets) barrier till maximum 38 meters (125 feet) during your course.
We will talk about stretching, mouthfill, residual lung volume... There after you will have the possibility to train regularly with no depth limits regarding your progress.

Conditions
Accessible over 16 years old ( with the written consentment of both parents or the legal person(s) responsable for the teenage).
Be AIDA3 certified or pass one day of evaluation if you have the equivalent level from another organization.
Hold a first response rescue diploma including CPR and Medical Oxygen use.
