BRUNCH & YOGA
The Brunch and Yoga session happens twice a month on a Wednesday and a Saturday morning at 8:30 AM.
The rendez-vous point is in Vaitape at the St James restaurant.
We are lucky to practice our sport in a lovely establishment who always welcomes us with a smile and impeccable service !

DESCRIPTION
BRUNCH
After the Yoga session, a wonderful brunch is waiting to satisfy us.
The main course, a hot drink of your choice, a fresh fruit juice (pineapple, grapefruit, orange...), some eggs cooked at your conveniance, a pastry (chocolate croissant, croissant, raisin croissant), toasts, butter and jam!
YOGA
Before we start the Brunch, the yoga session will be held peacefully next to the sea on the St James's deck.

The Hatha Yoga session lasts for an hour and builds on the practice of different yogi postures done in a slow and profound way. By practicing, you develop soupleness, balance, endurance and aquire a great vitality. A stable posture is beautiful, it gives balance to the mind and avoids the spirit to be inconstant. Therefore, you allow your body to build up the muscles and to free himself from all the tensions accumulated.
