Are you passionate with depth freediving practice ?

May this be free immersion, constant weight or constant no fins, you will benefit from tailor-made and supervised coached training. 

Our experience will allow you to benefit precious and essentials advises if you wish to improve your mental, physic and motor skills's techniques. It is our priority to see you at ease with serenity ans security on your descent in a caring and funny atmosphere. You never dive alone.

To favor 100% you training, you will be a maximum of 3 student on the buoy per instructor. In every descent you will make, an instructor will be here to guide and help you. You never freedive alone.

VIDEO COACHING IS ONE OF THE BEST TOOL TO PROGRESS

Video and coaching gives you very useful feedbacks during the whole training session. Being coached and filmed is today's best way to inhance what you cannot see.

Watching every descent during the debriefing allow you to observe directly what you need to improve. By seing
yourself, your progression is faster.

WHY YOGA PRACTICE IS ESSENTIAL TO FREEDIVE SAFELY ?

Yoga and freediving, although two very distinct disciplines, are still closely linked. Yoga aims to control the body and mind
through daily practice of Yogi disciplines while apnea does not aim for this control but requires it. 

The exercises performed by yogis are key exercises for the freediver. They allow you to achieve: physical and psychological well-being, relaxation of body and mind, controlled breathing, self-control! 

All champions use yogi disciplines to train and improve their performance in a safe way since the beginning of this sport.

Conditions

A CERTIFYING COURSE GIVES YOU A LEVEL OF COMPETENCE AND KNOWLEDGE NECESSARY FOR PRACTICING FREEDIVING IN AUTONOMY. THE TRAINING SESSIONS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FOR CERTIFIED FREEDIVERS, THERE AFTER WE CAN ASSURE YOUR SAFETY ON YOUR ARRIVAL.
