FREEDIVING BEGINNER
The freediving beginner course is made for those who are comfortable in water. You will developp strong freediving bases to progress safely between 0 to maximum 20 meters.
During your course, you will discover freediving theory, breathing techniques, mental preparation, "let go" mind techniques, equalization, verticality...
At the end of your course, you will be surprise by yourself and the progress completed.
Once your course is over, you will have the possibility to regularly train at depth (max 20 meters), further more, you will have the possibility to enroll for the next course ADVANCE FREEDIVER.
